What Personal Data Do We Collect?

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name and surname, email address, contact phone number, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

 

Why We Need Your Information And How We Use It

    2) compliance with the Wix Terms of Use. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Use Of Cookies And Other Tracking Technologies

We use third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, which may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the our privacy policy.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • Wix. We share information with Wix as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Wix Policy and Wix Terms of Use. We have also installed certain Wix Apps and/or third party apps to improve our website functionality, therefore, we may also allow their respective providers to share and/or access certain non-personal and personal information regarding you, via the “WixHive” API. Such information includes, among others, contact details, messages and certain activities on the our website.   • Delivery service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

    All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  • Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:

    (a) respond to legal process or to government requests;

Data Retention

In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

  • Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
