We currently ship to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us — we will gladly check available delivery options for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping price and available options in your Cart before Checkout.

United States: We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no extra customs fees for U.S. customers.
United Kingdom: No customs fees for orders under 135 GBP. Orders above this threshold may be subject to customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
France, Germany and other EU countries: No customs fees for EU customers.
Other countries: Customs or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard international shipping via Registered Mail/Parcel. All shipments have a tracking number. Express shipping is also available upon request — feel free to reach out and we will check the fastest options for your location. Since most orders are custom, packaging needs can vary, which may influence the cost of express delivery.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our creative studio in Lithuania (European Union).

Typical delivery times:

EU countries: 8-14 days
Non‑EU countries: 14-28 days. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons (especially November–January).
