Please read these terms and conditions before using and placing your order on website (hereinafter referred to as Linenspace and/or We, and/or Us)
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all users of Linenspace and to products ordered via Linenspace.
You / Client / Customer - any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession.
Ready to ship items – items displayed on Linenspace which are ready to be packaged and shipped to the Client.
Items made to order – items displayed on Linenspace which are made in accorddance with fabric, measurements and decoration selected by the Client from the list of options available in the item description.
Custom order items – items which are made in accordance with specific individual requirements of the Client (specific measurements, specific fabric and/or specific decoration).
1. By placing an order on Linenspace You are making an offer to buy the item(s) displayed in Your Linenspace shopping cart at the price stated by Linenspace in the order.
1.1. If for any reason We cannot accept Your offer, We will refund if You have already paid for the products. Please note We reserve the right not to accept any order.
1.2. If we are not able to accept Your offer due to missing information in Your order, We will inform You by sending a message to Your email (if You enter correct email address). Only after You provide the missing data, We will be considering to accept or to decline Your offer. If You do not respond to Our email within 2 business days, We treat Your order as cancelled, and We will refund the sum paid by You.
1.3. Even though We do our best to display the item availability correctly, it may sometimes happen that We discover the amount of stored particular fabric too small for particular order. In this case We will contact You by email and let You know alternative options so that You are able to decide whether You wish to cancel Your order or continue with the alternative. If You decide to cancel Your order, We will refund the sum paid by You. If You do not respond to Our email within 2 business days, We treat Your order as cancelled.
1.4. If we accept Your offer, we will send Our confirmation to Your email with detailed information about estimated shipping date, and the contract comes into force.
2. Items and pricing
2.1. We do Our best to display and describe items on Linenspace correctly and accurately. Please note that all images on Linenspace are for illustration purposes, and all measurements are approximate. Colours may look different on Your computer or phone device screens depending on their settings and technical characteristics.
2.2. All prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of delivery charges and any customs and/or import related taxes and/or duties.
2.3. A delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Detailed information about shipping price is presented in „Useful Information“ section on Linenspace website.
2.4. Shipping price does not include any customs or import related taxes and/or duties which may be applied by national authorities or postal brokerage of receiving country (delivery duty unpaid). Paying these duties/taxes is Your responsibility.
2.5. Even though We do our best to state the prices accurately, sometimes it may happen that We find the price published incorrectly. In such a case We will inform You by email about the mistake and ask if You would prefer to cancel the order or to continue with the correct price. If You decide to cancel Your order, We will refund the sum paid by You. If You do not respond to Our email within 2 business days, We treat Your order as cancelled.
3.1. Currently We accept only payment via PayPal. It is a convenient and secure way to pay for online purchases in many online shops worldwide.
3.2. Please note that You are not required to have Your account on PayPal to make a purchase. It means You can complete Your payment first, and then You decide whether to save Your information in a PayPal account for future purchases to make Your future transactions faster. Please note that PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who use this checkout.
3.2. If You order ready to ship items, We will not ship them until the full price of items ordered is paid to Us. If You order items which are made to order, or in case of custom order, We will start crafting items for You only after We receive payment of the price for the goods in full, unless We and You do not agree otherwise in writing.
4.1. We do not require to register and to create an account on Linenspace. All payments for orders made on Linenspace are processed via PayPal. After completing payment, We receive Your details which are necessary for delivery (address, phone number) and communication (email) which You enter via PayPal. We do not receive and/or store any information about Your credit/debit cards associated with Your PayPal account and transaction.
4.2. We respect Your personal information. It will not be used for any other purposes except for fulfilling Your orders, analysing Our customer trends and improving Our customer service. We do not share Your personal information with any other third party except if this ultimately necessary for delivering Your ordered items to You.
5.1. All items which are ready to ship will be shipped as soon as possible. Items which are made to order and/or custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are crafted especially for You.
5.2. Any dates quoted by Us for delivery are estimates only.
5.3. Your signature will be required upon delivery. As soon as You sign for the shipment received, ownership of the items is passed to You.
5.4. Your responsibility is to provide true, accurate and complete information about Yourself when You order items from Linenspace. We will not be responsible for any product delivery delay or failure due to incorrect address and/or phone number which are provided by You while checking out.
5.5. You are responsible for checking with Your local customs authorities before placing an order to make sure if it is in line with receiving country's legislation to import the items You ordered. We will not accept any responsibility for any product delivery delay or failure due to any customs, legal or regulatory restrictions.
5.6. When You receive the items, You should check them as soon as possible, and let Us know within 3 working days of receipt if there are any problems. Please retain all packaging (including mailing envelope with the invoice and customs form) until You are satisfied with the goods.
6.1. You can cancel Your order for any reason and get a refund at any time before We despatch the items. This clause is applicable for ready to ship or made to order items. If You wish to cancel Your order, You must contact Us via the contact form (in Contact section on Linenspace).
6.2. We are not able to accept cancellation for custom orders which are made in accordance with Your specific requirements (specific measurements, specific fabric, specific decoration).
7.1. We do our best to make the items of good quality. Still, if for any reason You are not happy with the item You purchased in this shop, We guarantee money return with no questions asked if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
7.1.1. the item is not a custom order;
7.1.2. the item is returned in its original package and condition, unused and in re-saleable condition;
7.1.3. for EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item; for non-EU buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days. After this period, We will replace or refund your purchase only if We happened to make the defect;
7.1.4. if You wish to return the item, You must contact Us via the contact form (in Contact section on Linenspace) before sending the item back. The address for return is provided in the invoice which is sent together with the item purchased.
7.2. In case the items are returned under clause 6.1., please note:
7.2.1. shipping fees are non-refundable; the cost of returning unwanted items back to Us shall be paid by You and will not be refunded;
7.2.2. for Your own protection, You shall return Your goods to Us by recorded delivery (so that We sign for it);
7.2.3. We will refund the value of the items returned within 3 business days of our receipt of the returned items.
7.2.4. We will not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in return transit.
7.3. If Our items appear to be faulty, You have to contact Us without hesitation. We will do our best to arrange replacement or refund as soon as we receive the item back.
8. These terms may be changed/amended by Us at any time without notice to You. All changes will be published on Linenspace website and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by Us.
9. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. These terms and conditions do not affect Your statutory rights.
