To ensure a perfect fit, always measure the actual flat seat area of your furniture. We highly recommend using a metal measuring tape or a firm metal ruler, as fabric tapes can stretch and lead to inaccurate results. Important note! Never measure an old cushion, as it likely stretched, compressed, or lost its original shape over time. As a general rule, we craft our cushions to match the exact dimensions of your seat area. While the final dimensions may vary slightly due to the natural flexibility and unique elasticity of the textiles, we take every measure to ensure precision. Throughout our 12 years of experience, we have almost never encountered a situation where the cushion did not fit beautifully, and our clients have found this exact-match approach to yield the most comfortable and visually pleasing results. Each cushion is 100% handcrafted to order in our small creative studio in North Europe. Please allow 5-10 business days for your cushion to be meticulously crafted and prepared for shipping. For custom orders production time may take longer, as we may need more time to arrange material accordingly.

We source all of our materials—including the cover fabric, foam insert, protective mesh wrap, zippers, and thread—directly from trusted European manufacturers in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Lithuania, and Poland.

Yes, the fabric cover can be completely removed for washing. The cover has a zipper on the back long side of the cushion. Washing the Cover:  Unzip and completely remove the cover. Machine wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle. For Synthetic Fabrics: Washing will gradually wear off the factory anti-stain coating. We highly recommend restoring its liquid-repellent properties after washing by applying a standard fabric protector spray once the cover is completely dry. For Natural Fabric Blends: Please note that fabrics containing natural fibers (such as cotton, hemp, viscose, or linen) are prone to slight shrinkage during machine washing. To maintain the dimensions, we highly recommend gentle hand washing in colder water. Detergents & Bleaching: Use mild liquid detergents only. Do not use bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric fibers Drying: Air dry the cover naturally by laying it flat or hanging it. Do not tumble dry and do not wring out. Ironing: If necessary, iron the cover inside out at a low temperature setting (maximum 110°C / 230°F).

The insert is made of high resiliency polyurethane foam, density 2.18-2.37 PCF. The foam is wrapped in a special mesh to extend the lifespan of the cushion and ensure the fabric cover easily slides back on after washing.

To preserve a clean, minimalist design and allow you to use both sides of the cushion (fully reversible), we include a complimentary, separate premium non-slip mat with every order. This mat is placed directly underneath the cushion and keeps it secured to the bench without any visible strings.
