Production Lead Time
Each cushion is 100% handcrafted to order in our small creative studio. Please allow 5-10 business days for your cushion to be meticulously crafted and prepared for shipping. For custom orders production time may take longer, as we may need more time to arrange material accordingly.
Care Instructions
Daily Care: Gently wipe away dust or light spills with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not scrub aggressively to maintain the fabric texture.
Washing the Cover: Unzip and completely remove the cover. Please note that fabrics containing natural fibers (such as hemp, cotton, viscose or linen) are prone to slight shrinkage during machine washing. To maintain the dimensions, we highly recommend gentle hand washing in colder water, at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F).
Detergents & Bleaching: Use mild liquid detergents only. Do not use bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric fibers.
Drying: Air dry the cover naturally by laying it flat or hanging it. Do not tumble dry and do not wring out.
Ironing: If necessary, iron the cover inside out at a low temperature setting (maximum 110°C / 230°F).
Foam Core Care: The polyurethane foam core is not washable. Do not submerge the foam in water. If it gets damp, remove the cover and allow the foam to air dry completely in a well-ventilated indoor space.
